How can I change my password?

You can change your password at any time by editing your personal information in the "My Account" area of the web site.

The "My Account" link is found in the upper right part of the screen on most pages throughout the web site.

My Account/My Trips

To change your password:

  1. Click on the link to "Edit" your personal information.
  2. Enter your current password in the box provided. If you have not already changed your password, this will be the one that you established when you first joined. Your password is case sensitive so be careful to enter upper and lower case letters exactly as you entered them during the registration process.
  3. Enter the new password that you would like to use in the box provided.
  4. Enter the new password again in the second box provided. This helps prevent typographical mistakes.
  5. Click on the button to "Accept changes and return to member area."

Your new password is now stored in your secure database area and is effective immediately. To test it simply log out and sign in again with your new password.

How do I change my address?

You can change your address (and most other personal information) by clicking on the "My Account" link found in the upper right part of most web pages throughout this site. This link will take you to your secure member area where all your personal information is available for you to edit.

How can I manage my email preferences?

You can change your email preferences by clicking on the "My Account" link found in the upper right part of most pages on this site. In the secure member area you may edit your email preferences as necessary.

How do I change my personal information?

All personal information is stored in our secure database and is accessible to you by clicking on the "My Account" link found in the upper right part of most web pages in the reservation center. Your secure member area provides access to all of your personal information and provides tools that allow you to edit your personal information or add additional information about yourself.

By storing this personal information in our secure database, you will find that many of the reservation forms throughout the web site are already filled in with your personal information. Likewise, by taking the time to fill out your travel preferences you will find that those preferences are used when making travel reservations. The database of travel preferences is a great place to store all the different air, hotel and car membership numbers that you often need when traveling. By entering them once, they will always be accessible when you need them.

Are my frequent traveler numbers stored as well?

Yes, you can store frequent traveler numbers for air, hotel and car; and they will be utilized each time you make a travel reservation.

How can I add my family members to my account?

From the "My Account" link, visit your secure member page. About half way down the page is a link to add new members. Members have the added benefit of being able to add additional family members to their account. These members enjoy the convenience of being able to store their travel preferences and personal information in a secure online environment. Your membership in the Program provides access for one (1) primary traveler, one (1) associated adult traveler, and any number of associated child travelers. All travelers associated with an individual account must live in the same household. Each adult traveler will be given a unique user name and password. All travelers for each account may create and maintain separate travel profiles.

Can I store multiple credit cards?

Yes. You can store multiple credit cards for both corporate and personal travel. If you do not store a credit card, you will be asked for this information each time you travel.

Can my child use my credit card to book travel?

Children can browse the site without logging on. At the parents’ discretion, a child may sign on and book travel if the parent provides the credit card and login information. To book travel online, i.e. a flight, rental car, or hotel, our booking engines require the CSC number which is only available on the back of the physical credit card for additional security.

How can I view My Trips?

"My Trips" allows you to access a database where all your trips are stored. These trips include:

  • Reservations you have made on the web site
  • Reservation requests you have made to your travel agent
  • Past trips
